This is how the Transform Coaching Academy Certification Program Works:
Live
teleconference training classes with Eve Agee, Ph.D. for 8 months. These classes are held three times per month and will be approximately 90
minutes long each. These teleseminars
will be accessible from anywhere in the world with telephone or computer
software for voice activated Internet access and will be very interactive.
Training classes will be recorded and available as MP3 after the live call
so you can still receive all the information even if you cannot make it to the
live class. Each training class will include Eve teaching about the powerful
principles of the Transform Coaching Academy and guiding you through the life
changing processes live, since you will have the recordings, you can listen to
the material as many times as you would like to use for your own personal growth
and become so familiar with them you will be very comfortable using them with

the material. Throughout the eight-month certification program, you will master

Each month there will be an additional

each module and all the tools, techniques and coaching skills answered live. These Q & A calls will last approximately 45 minutes and will also be
recorded and available to you as MP3.
You will receive an individual one hour
Coaching Success Consultation Training Call with Eve during which she will
provide you with the additional attention you desire to create a successful
coaching practice such as clarifying your niche, solidifying your business
growth plan, or mastering an abundant mindset.
The ability to generate income by
coaching clients while you are in the Transform Coaching Academy Certification
Program. After you complete the first two modules, students will begin
coaching people other than program participants and can choose at what level
they want to set their initial fees. Some clients may be able to earn as much
income during the program as they pay for their tuition investment.
The entire training, classes, and
certification process can be done from the comfort and convenience of your home
or office from anywhere in the world with access to telephone or voice over
Internet software.
To become certified as a Transform
Coaching Academy Life Coach, participants will need to complete the eight-month
training program, coach three people (who are not program participants) through
seven coaching sessions each and submit and have approved a recorded version of
one of their coaching sessions to be reviewed by Transform Coaching Academy
staff. This is an excellent opportunity to hone and receive helpful feedback
on your coaching skills. You can
complete all of these coaching hours while you are taking the training course,
in fact, you will be encouraged to do this to help you get the most from your

Additionally, people who do not wish to obtain certification and would like to

1. What exactly is Life Coaching? Life coaching is the practice of providing support to a client to help them identify and achieve their goals. Coaching involves asking questions and helping clients see new perspectives, possibilities, and solutions that open their life to increased fulfillment and improved results. Coaches assist clients in their journey of self-discovery and provide them with tools, techniques, and processes to help them create a better life and future. Coaching does not involve any sort of mental health care, therapy or psychology and unlike many mental health fields, coaching has a strong focus on current life and the future.
2. How is a typical life coaching session conducted? Life coaches typically work one-on-one with their clients, most usually over the phone (although a small percentage of coaches do prefer to meet with some of their clients in person). This industry standard gives the coach the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world and with anyone in the world where there is phone service, creating a large field of prospective clients regardless of where the coach is located. In this one-on-one setting coaches assist clients along their journey of self-discovery, by helping them connect with what is truly important to them and release inner and outward obstacles to achieving the outcomes and results they want.
3. Do I have to be certified to be a life coach? No, the field of coaching is unregulated and life coaching does not require certification, licensure, or accreditation. However, most coaches find that training in life coaching through a comprehensive training and certification program provides them with the tools, techniques, knowhow and confidence to be able to better assist their clients and achieve success.
4. Are there any other special qualifications or specific educational requirements needed to become a Life Coach? There are no educational requirements for life coaches. You do not need a college degree or a background in personal growth or psychology or any other field. The Transform Coaching Academy Life Coaching Certification program will provide you with comprehensive life coaching training so you will be ready to launch your coaching career when you complete our program. You will be trained in the core coaching competencies, including how to stay present and work with clients through every step of the coaching process and program. Of course, your previous work, educational and life experiences will enhance your coaching, but rest assured that this training will teach you the skills and techniques needed to be a successful coach.
5. Can I coach people if my own life is not yet “perfect”? The answer to this question is a resounding “YES.” Coaches do not have to be perfect in the areas they coach. In training with the Transform Coaching Academy, you will develop awareness of the principles and transformational coaching methods that will allow you to successfully coach people even in an area of your own life that you are still in the process of expanding and transforming.
6. Is the Transform Coaching Academy a franchise and will I have to give any of the money I earn coaching back to the Transform Coaching Academy? Absolutely not, you will keep all of the earning you make as a coach. The Transform Coaching Academy is NOT a franchise and you will not be required to give any amount of your coaching earnings back to it at any time. This is a very comprehensive coach training program that will give you the tools to be an effective coach and a ten step coaching program you can use, but you are completely free to choose to run your own coaching practice any way you desire. 8. Will I need to rent office space or open a center for my coaching practice? Most coaching is conducted via telephone, so you do not need to rent an office for your coaching. This is one of the aspects of coaching that creates a low overhead and can increase your take-home profits as a coach. For anyone interested in working part-time as a coach, not having the need to rent office space to meet with clients makes having a profitable part-time coaching practice more feasible and possible than many other fields where an office or store front is needed even if someone may only be working a few hours a month or week. 9. If I am already a therapist, healer, or coach, will this training help me in any way? Yes! 12. How much can I expect to receive in coaching fees? In the U.S. coaches charge on average $206 per hour. Although we cannot guarantee how much you will receive for your rates, this transformational coaching training will teach you a coaching system that typically delivers excellent results to clients. You will also learn to recognize and articulate the value that your coaching will give your clients and how to set your fees to honor the value you provide as well as marketing strategies that will help you reach your ideal clients. Since you will be able to coach clients via phone, you can reach a large market that can afford to pay the fees you desire to receive. As you will learn in the Coaching Business Module, the business model and niche market you choose will also influence your ability to make substantially higher than average fees.
13. How much time will I need to devote weekly to the training and how long will it take? The training program will last eight months and includes three approximately 90-minute classes each month with an additional 45-minute question and answer class with Eve monthly which is optional. You can either attend the classes live or listen to the recordings. Additionally, you will master the techniques by coaching others during the course of the program. You can expect to spend 2-4 hours each week total, including participating live on the class or listening to the MP3 recording and completing the coaching techniques and business building exercises.
14. Can I take this program if I work full time, have a family or other commitments? Yes, this program was specifically developed for people who are employed full-time, have families, busy lives and other commitments. 15. I have never taken a class by distance learning before, will it be easy to take a training course over the phone? Many people enjoy telecourses immensely, in part because it gives you access to excellent material and learning with the convenience and time saving benefits. You do not have to leave your home or office to travel to courses or miss work or family obligations and will have the recordings to listen to if you cannot make it to the class live and you can listen to these recordings again to review the information and familiarize yourself more with any aspect of the material even if you do attend all the live classes. 16. What is a teleseminar and how do teleclasses work? Teleseminars are phone based classes that use conference call technology so multiple people can come together on a conference call where the instructor can teach the class and participants can interact in the class. They are audio only--there is no video or televised component--all the interaction is phone based only, and can also be accessed by people using computer software programs that allow people to make phone calls over the Internet (such as Skype).
