This week my siblings and I have been moving my mom out of her home of 55 years…
…going through photos, furniture, and so much stuff to help her downsize.
For the past two months, just the thought of this task seemed monumental, so we kept putting it off.
Then last week, I set the intention that it would be easy and healing for all of us.
We had such a good time!
We found new homes for special items, got to relive happy memories, and laughed throughout it all.
It seems like we’re all going through transitions right now or have something we’re procrastinating about.
Whatever that is for you, what would it be like to face it with the intention of ease, growth or joy?

Get clear about what you want to experience.
Now imagine infusing that action with intention.
