As we embark on 2020, I want to wish you a very happy and healthy New Year!

May this New Year bring you and yours an abundance of peace, love and happiness.

The New Year is always so exciting because it marks the completion of what was while bringing a renewed sense of hope for the future.

This New Year also marks the beginning of a new decade, one that could change the course of humanity so it’s important to be intentional about what we want to call in at this time.

This is a great time to celebrate all your victories during 2019, let go of anything you are ready to release and contemplate how to more forward with more freedom, abundance and compassion.

Here’s a great ritual I do to usher in every new year with more ease and joy.

Get a pen and paper and gift yourself with 15-20 minutes–you’ll love what you discover!

On a piece of paper or in your journal, start to contemplate 2020. How can you take all the insight, wisdom, and experience you’ve gained over the past 12 months to make this new year full of love? What do you want to create in 2020? Imagine yourself a year from now (embarking on 2021), how do you want to feel? What do you want your life to look like and be like?

Write down your intentions, dreams and goals for 2020.

Next, reflect on what you want our world to be like in the coming year and decade. Journal about how you want our world to transform and what you wish to happen for humanity and the earth.

Get clear about the details that you would like to occur and be sure to include the energy you want to experience and how you want to feel throughout the year.

Play like a child and have fun! After you’ve written this down, put a reminder in your calendar to read through it the first day of the next twelve months.

Let yourself feel the energy you want yourself (and humanity) to create during 2020 in your body now and every day of this new year.

May 2020 usher in a new era of kindness, generosity and harmony for you and our entire planet.
