Executive Coach, Leadership Expert, Anthropologist and Best-Selling Author.
Featured in Apple News as the Top Female Mindset & High-Performance Coach, I have spent more than 25 years coaching leaders to have more success, elevate their teams, and create workplaces where people and organizations flourish.
From serving at the White House earlier in my career to becoming a leader in the field of coaching, my experience spans executive coaching, leadership development and training. My doctorate in anthropology offers a unique perspective on human behavior, culture, and the dynamics that shape effective leadership.
A global perspective has shaped my work throughout my career. I have trained people from more than 25 countries in my coaching methodology and have lived in the US, Greece, Togo, Burkina Faso, Papua New Guinea and Australia.
More than 30 years of experience in Shamanism and breathwork have also deeply influenced my approach. This work brings a distinctive, cross-cultural dimension to my coaching and offers deeper insight into people, leadership, and organizational culture.
